Are you an ambitious Country Manager?

After the successes in Brazil we’re about to launch our next market in Peru, with the goal to become the #1 sportsbook among passionate sports fans in the region. We’re currently looking for a Country Manager to take over this challenge, to join a fast-growing company and team up with other highly experienced and skilled individuals all around the world.

You will work remotely in a fast-paced environment, closely with the Global team that sits in Malta and other marketing teams located in Brazil & Chile.

What do we need?

  • Develop a kick off plan in conjunction with the global team
  • P&L responsibility
  • Media Planning, negotiation & buying
  • Conduct market research in order to identify new business opportunities
  • Working with the global marketing team as well as the CRM team in order to create the best and most suited campaigns for the Peruvian market
  • Establish a great relationship with both new & existing affiliates whilst working and building relationships with our external partners
  • Liaising with the Head of Departments to maintain effective working team relationships among global HQ and Brazil
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including competitive and regulatory situation

What skills should you have?

  • Experience in gaming industry 
  • Good knowledge of the Peruvian Sports betting landscape
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • English proficient
  • Based in Peru
